What is behold?

Since 1986 Behold has been impacting the lives of teens across Alabama. BEHOLD is a three-day conference that’s designed to challenge middle school and high school students to dig deeper into the Bible and see their world from God’s perspective. The conference is organized by pastors and youth leaders in the North Alabama United Methodist Conference. We have an average annual attendance of 800 students who come from an average of around 30 churches.

Behold is held in Gallant, AL. at Camp Sumataga during Martin Luther King Jr weekend every year. 

Why should i exhibit at behold?

Since Behold is a small venue compared to most large youth conferences, we believe you will have the opportunity to have deeper conversations and make more lasting connections with attending youth ministers and youth workers than at larger conferences! The attending adults will have extra time to spend with vendors and  our exhibit area will be located in the main thorough-way into and out of our big auditorium sessions, giving you maximum exposure.

All Booths – Include 2 chairs, one 6ft table, and one wastebasket. Single Booths are 8ft by 10ft in dimension. In addition your organization’s brochure or contact information will be placed in the LEADER PACKET that each church leader will receive. 

Premiere Booths - Includes all the above PLUS stage time and video shown during large session, prime spot in the exhibition area, big screen advertising before each session.

Regular Rate:

Oct. 13 - January 6

  • Single $200

ipad giveaway

 Exhibitors may pay $100 to go towards the purchase of an iPad to be given away in the event. Contact information for all youth leaders who choose to enter the drawing will be emailed to the Exhibitors who pay the $100 within 30 days after the completion of the event.

NOTE: We must receive your signed “Behold VENDOR Rules and Regulations” form for you to participate.  Forms will be available beginning September 1, 2016 and need to be returned with payment in order to secure your space.


Exhibitor Cancellation Policy – Any Exhibitor cancellations after December 30th, 2016 will be refunded up to half of their registration fees.  Cancellations after January 6th, 2017 will not receive any refund.   If you must cancel due to weather or emergency situations you must notify us on or before January 13th  for consideration of any refund.
